Saute (1) tomato, 1/2 white onion and (4) minced garlic. Until translucent. Then add chopped mint, cilantro, dried oregano, pepper and fill with water. Bring to a boil and season with tomato chicken bullion. Boil for 5mins before adding meatballs.
1lb of ground beef add chopped cilantro, mint (yerba buena) finely chopped onion, minced garlic, diced tomato, 1/2cup brown rice and egg white (Himalayan salt and pepper to taste) roll and add to broth. Do not stir, so meatballs stay intact.
