Some of you guys have been posting some really Incredible Hoagies, so, I got a craving for one.
I stopped by my Friends at IC and picked up all the fixins,a Beautiful Hoagie Roll, 6 oz each of Mortadella , Imported Geons Salami, and Hot Capicola and Sharp Provolone Cheese.
After digging out the roll, I laid some of my Hoagie Dressing, made of EVO, White Balsamic Vinegar, Parsley, Basil, Oregano, Mayo (an emulsifier), Onion, Garlic, Anchovie Paste, Garlic Powder, Salt and White Pepper.
Then, layered with the Cheese, Meats, shredded Lettuce, (instead of buying a Tomato, I simply used some dabs of my Sunday Gravy) since it’s a concentrated Tomato, then, sliced Red Onions, chopped Hot Cherry Peppers, Black Pepper and Sicilian Oregano.
Served with my Reaper Pickles and Chips.
