HOW TO MAKE COWBOY COOKIES?
These tasty cowboy cookies are easy to make and filled to keep everyone full and content with ample oats, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and pecans.
YOU’LL NEED:

2 C. Of all-purpose flour.

2 C. Of chocolate chips.

2 C. Of oatmeal.

2 large eggs

1 C. Of softened butter

1 C. Of granulated sugar

1 C. Of packed brown sugar

1 t. Of vanilla extract.

1 t. Of baking soda.

1/2 t. Of salt.

1/2 t. Of baking powder

1 C. Of Walnuts.

INSTRUCTIONS :

Step 1:

I creamed together the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl, then I added 2 eggs, one by one, beating well after each addition.

Step 2:

I added the vanilla extract, and all the dry ingredients, baking powder, baking soda, flour, oatmeal.

Step 3:

I mixed well using my wooden fork, then I added chocolate chips and walnuts gradually.

Step 4:

On a cookie sheet, I dropped by a large spoon.

Step 5:

And I baked at 350degrees for around 12 to 15 minutes.
