I love Cranberries, so I decided to make this Cranberries Wholewheat Loaf. This time I baked with an Air Fryer using Pullman Loaf Tin. I used the lazy way as usual, made the dough + first rise in the Bread Machine. Bake in Air Fryer for 20mins. The Bread is so soft, and stays soft for at least 2 days.
RECIPE

o 200g High Protein Flour + 70g Wholewheat Flour + 10g Cake Flour
o 1 Egg
o 140ml Cold Milk
o 42g Butter
o 1tbsp Molasses Sugar
o ¾ tsp Salt
o 1 tsp Instant Yeast
Filling:
o 30g Dried Cranberries
//Pullman Loaf Tin: L20cm x W10.2cm x H11.5cm
Bread Machine : “DOUGH” mode (dough + first rise)
Air Fryer: 160°C, 20mins
