Anyone just love Polish Waffers? Fast, Easy and Tasty! The fallowing is one of my favorite fillings.
DULCE DE LECHE WAFERS
(WAFLE Z MASA KROWKOWA)
1 pack of Wafer Sheets
1 cup of masa krowkowa/dulce de leche
1/2 cup of butter in room temperature
Beat the butter until light and fluffy.
Add masa krowkowa/dulce de leche and mix until you get smooth cream.
Spread the cream on the wafer sheets.
Wrap in foil. Weight down and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before cutting into small squares or rectangles.
