Preheat Air fryer to 360F.

Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until crispy on the edges. Shake the basket halfway through.

Transfer the air fried mushrooms to a serving dish and drizzle with melted butter and stir to mix. Garnish with chopped parsly and serve warm.
NOTES
- Store leftover mushrooms in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. Line the container with paper towels to soak up any moisture.
