Spoon roast that fits in your crockpot or stovetop slow cooker

4-5 garlic bulbs, chopped, fine-coarse

5 cans Italian stewed tomato’s

1 1/2 C. Kens Italian dressing

Egg noodles

Oil for browning

Salt n pepper (TT)
Steps

Take a sauté pan with some oil and brown all sides of the roast

Put in crockpot or slow cooker along with other ingredients except pasta
-
Cook on high for first hour, then turn to low for 6 hrs.

About 5 min. out heat water to a boil and cook pasta, strain, then we’ve meat, tomato’s, and juice over the pasta. Enjoy!
