Hi! Thanks for the add. I may not have Italian in my blood but my adoptive father raised me Italian, his mother is from Sicily. My adoptive mother was part French and Italian. Italian food is what we cook and eat 90% of the time! Look forward to trying some new Italian dishes and sharing the ones we make! This was our Sunday gravy this week. 

Recipe is something like this…I just throw in what I have
Ground turkey meatballs (we prefer turkey)
Lb ground turkey
Panko bread crumbs soaked in milk (1/4 c milk 3/4 cup crumbs)
Two eggs
1 packet Italian Seasonings mix
Handful of locatelli cheese grated
Oregano
Basil
Garlic
Onion powder
Oregano
Parsley
Worcestershire sauce
Tbsp olive oil
Mix, form balls and air fry 6-7 meatballs for 8 minutes
Sauce
48 ounce can of stewed tomatoes
6-7 plum tomatoes
2 cans Hunts tomato sauce
Red wine
Mild Italian sausage or mix of mild and hot
Yellow onion
Red and yellow peppers
Fresh Fennel
Fresh basil, oregano, parsley
5-7 cloves garlic sliced thin
Olive oil
Butter
Sugar 1 or 2 Tbsp
Roast tomatoes with oil, fresh garlic, salt pepper and fresh basil. I fry onions garlic cloves and peppers and fresh fennel in oil and butter until soft. Add insides of three sausages fry until no pink. Add tomatoes and stewed tomatoes and cook down 30 minutes. Add sauce, wine, generous spices plus dried garlic, basil, oregano. Add tablespoon or two of sugar. Let simmer for an 1-3 hours on low. Throw in meatballs, the rest of sausages and let Simmer another hour or so.
