1/4 kilo fresh shrimp deveined, shelled and leave the tail intact
1/4 kilo chicken thigh fillets, cut into 1- inch cubes
1/4 kilo pork, cut into strips (optional)
2 Tablespoons canola oil or butter
2 Tablespoons garlic peeled and minced
2 Teaspoons cornstarch or use all purpose cream or evaporated milk
1 Tablespoon oyster sauce or soysauce
1/4 Cabbage, cut into 1 β inch thick strips
1 Green bell pepper, seeded, cored and cut into strips or into your desired shape
1 Red bell pepper, seeded, cored and cut into strips or into your desired shape.
1/2 broccoli or cauliflower, cut into florets
10 Pcs. snow peas, remove stem
3 Pcs. Baby corn or youngcorn
1 Pc. chayote/ sayote, peeled and sliced on a bias into 1/4 β inch thick
1 Carrot, peeled and sliced on a bias into 1/4 β inch thick or cut into your desired shape
1 Onion, peeled and minced
1/2 Cup chicken liver, cut into 1- inch cubes
Shrimp juice (derived by crushing the head of the shrimp)
1/2 Cup water
Fine salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Fishsauce (patis) if desired
8 Hard boiled quail eggs, peeled (optional)
8 Pcs. squid balls (optional)
8 Pcs. Kikiam, cut into 2 sliced diagonally (optional)
1/2 Cup broth of (shrimp or chicken)
