Here’s a blast from the past…. most likely only the people from Poland might know this one. Let me know if you’ve ever had this.
Polish Raw Egg Dessert

2 egg yolks*
1 tsp of sugar
For the chocolate version:
Add 2 tsp of cocoa
Separate egg yolks from whites. Place egg yolks and sugar (and cocoa, if preparing the chocolate version) in a coffee mug. With a hand beater beat the egg with sugar (and cocoa) for 60 seconds on high.
