Juicy, tender and so delicious, these air fryer steak bites are perfect for a main meal or tasty appetizer to share. Simply seasoned and quickly cooked, you can have these on the table in less than 15 minutes.
Recipe Notes and Tips
- It’s so easy to cook these steak bites exactly how you like them! At 7 minutes, mine were cooked medium rare, for more well done, take them up to 10 minutes.
- Cut the steak into similar-sized cubes so that they cook through evenly.
- Make sure that the steak pieces are well coated in the oil, this will help them to brown nicely.
- Sirloin, ribeye, filet mignon, or any steak will work. I used boneless ribeye.
- You can add other seasonings like oregano and red pepper flakes to spice things up a bit.
