Certainly! Here’s a simple recipe for Air Fryer Salmon:

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: additional herbs or seasonings of your choice (e.g., dill, garlic powder, paprika)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and any additional herbs or seasonings you’d like to use. Mix well.
  4. Brush the olive oil mixture over both sides of the salmon fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down if they have skin. Make sure they are not overlapping.
  6. Cook the salmon in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. The salmon should be opaque and easily flake with a fork.
  7. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  8. Serve the air fryer salmon hot as a main dish. It pairs well with steamed vegetables, roasted potatoes, or a fresh salad.

Enjoy your delicious air fryer salmon!
