📝 Ingredients:

  • 250g (½ lb) ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6–8 egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray or oil spray

🍳 Instructions:

  1. Cook the filling:
    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until browned.
    • Drain excess fat.
    • Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard.
    • Stir well and remove from heat.
    • Let cool slightly, then mix in shredded cheese.
  2. Assemble the egg rolls:
    • Lay out one egg roll wrapper (diamond shape).
    • Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of filling into the center.
    • Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly like a burrito. Seal the edge with a bit of water.
  3. Air fry:
    • Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
    • Lightly spray egg rolls with oil and place in a single layer in the basket.
    • Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  4. Serve:
    • Best enjoyed hot with dipping sauces like burger sauce, ranch, or ketchup.
