Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Tenders

1. Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken breast (cut into strips)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • Spices: paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Season the flour with spices.
  2. Dip chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
  3. Spray air fryer basket with oil.
  4. Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.

2. Air Fryer BBQ Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Season the thighs and brush with BBQ sauce.
  2. Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 18–22 minutes, basting halfway.

3. Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt, pepper, oregano

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken with all ingredients for 30 minutes.
  2. Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 10–12 minutes.

4. Air Fryer Buffalo Wings

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • Salt, pepper
  • Optional: 1 tbsp baking powder (for crispiness)

Instructions:

  1. Season wings, coat with baking powder if using.
  2. Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 25–30 minutes, shaking halfway.
  3. Toss in buffalo sauce before serving.

5. Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts (sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper + 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Toss everything together in oil and seasoning.
  2. Air fry at 200°C (390°F) for 10–12 minutes.
