π Homemade Bread Recipe (Soft & Fluffy)
π Ingredients:
- 3 Β½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 Β½ cups warm water (not too hot)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 ΒΌ teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or vegetable oil)

1. Activate the Yeast
In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast.
Let it sit for 5β10 minutes until it becomes foamy.
2. Mix the Dough
Add salt and oil to the yeast mixture.
Gradually add flour while mixing until a soft dough forms.
3. Knead the Dough
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8β10 minutes
until smooth and elastic.
4. First Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a towel,
and let it rise in a warm place for 1β2 hours until doubled in size.
5. Shape the Bread
Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf or rolls,
and place it in a greased baking pan.
6. Second Rise
Cover and let it rise again for about 30β45 minutes.
7. Bake
Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
Bake for 25β30 minutes until golden brown.
8. Cool & Serve
Let the bread cool before slicing. Enjoy your fresh homemade bread!
